Q-Training constitutes a modern business Training Center addressed to Business Executives in the area of Management and Information Technology. Our company was found in 2004 and has been activating exclusively in business Executive Training.

We organize seminars - training programs, either scheduled Seminars (i.e. Open Enrollment Programs, In House Training, Breakfast Briefings, and Hands-on-workshops) which are organized and take place in specific dates and places, or seminars, which are customized and adapted to the needs of the executives of  companies of any size and industry. Also, in order for Business Executives’ being up to date, Q-Training organizes targeted Conferences/Forum, where experts from abroad are invited as key speakers.

Q-Training has trained more than 22.000 Executives of Greek and multinational companies up to now, while we implemented, as sub-contractors, one of the largest and most important training projects in Greece (SYZEFXIS Project /
www.syzefxis.gov.gr) offering more than 3.500 hours of training in 50 Greek
capital cities with more than 6.000 participants from the public sector.
 
The central office of Q-Training is located in Neos Kosmos (Herakleous 11 str.), Athens, while Training center is at Koutsinika 5 & Helia Heliou str. (50m away from the subway station of Neos Kosmos). We have a network of external partners in more than 14 cities throughout the country, and soon we are going to start our operations in the Balkan area, too. Our company is being expanded nationally following the Q-Training Franchise system. We also operate in Cyprus.
Mainly, we emphasize in the provision of high-quality services and in the organization of innovative seminars. We believe in specialization and thus our Company specializes in the following range of areas apart from organizing Seminars in the area of Management, Finance, and New Technologies in general. More specifically we specialize in the following:
 
 We organize the Training Directors' Forum yearly with high level guests from Greece and abroad. Look up to the site www.trainingforum.gr for detailed information on Training Directors Forum 2007. Dr. Jack Phillips has been one of our key speakers.

 We organize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) seminars. We also offer Training programs (Seminars) on CRM applications like Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel CRM, WebCRM, Footsteps CRM etc. in parallel with seminars on Customers' Data Quality, Data Mining, Business Intelligence, etc. We organize yearly the Pan-Hellenic CRM Forum and administrate the Forum’s web-site www.crmforum.gr. Also, the portal www.business-intelligence.gr, which will concentrate in issues of exploitation of data and in obtaining results (business intelligence) is in progress. 
 
 We specialize in seminars addressed to Secretaries and Top Management Assistants. We offer more than 10 seminars and organize yearly the Pan-Hellenic Secretaries and Top Management Assistants Forum (see the portal www.secretaries.gr, which we administrate). Additionally, Q-Training issues the "Executive Secretary" Journal, which is the only journal concerning this specific area. All the articles are written by granted Executives. This journal has been issued since September 2007 every three months. Moreover, we offer the long-lasting "Executive Assistant" program: this is a Part Time training program, which gets completed after having followed the total of the autonomous units offered and provides trainees with the Certified Secretary Management Assistant Certificate in collaboration with A.C.T.A. (Aristotle Certification Training & Assessment), which is the only certificate provided in this sector. 
 
 Q-Training offers more than 22 specialized Negotiation Skills Seminars and administrates the www.negotiations.gr portal, which is the only website on Negotiation issues in Greece. 
 
 We have many-year experience in Presentation Skills seminars and organize alternative seminars, a great number of which get adapted to the sector, where participants come from. The www.presentation-skills.gr Portal, which belongs to Q-Training, will soon constitute a reference for the Executives being interested in improving presentation techniques.
 
 SIX-SIGMA Seminars. Six Sigma approach is the orientation of many businesses worldwide. We organized the first training program on this approach in Greece, which met great success and was attended by more than 15 participants working mainly for multinational companies. The Portal www.six-sigma.grhas already been activated and is under construction.
 
 Q-Training organizes more than 10 specialized seminars in Fire safety. A great number of these seminars include practice by means of fire simulator. Soon will the Portal www.pyrasfaleia.gr have been constructed, which also belongs to our company.
 
 We organize IT Systems Analysis seminars, which are supported by UML programs.
 
 Also, we organize seminars in the area of Health care and Insurance including all subjects that interest companies and organizations activating in this sector. The pilot portal www.healthmanagement.gr , which belongs to Q-Training, already operates.
 
 Especially in the area of Retail we organize more than 20 specialized seminars, starting from topics – Seminars in “Shop Window Decoration” and covering topics like "Fashion Merchandising". The Portal www.retailer.gr is under construction for this sector.
 
 We have many-year experience and organize seminars on Search Engine Marketing and focus on the Improvement of your Presentation in the Internet. Q-Training has implemented more than 10 Search Engine Optimization Fora since 2006 attended by more than 120 Business Executive participants. On 17th May 2007 we organized the first SEO Meeting in Greece with more than 50 participants from significant Greek and multinational companies.
 
 Train The Trainer is also one of the sectors, in which our company specializes. We organize more than 20 specialized training programs and administrate the portal www.trainthetrainer.gr
 
 We organize seminars and training programs on wireless networks. Our company organized the first Breakfast Briefing on Wireless Networks in Athens. We also offer training programs – seminars which provide participants with the following certificates: Wireless#, Certified Wireless Network Administration (CWNA), Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP), Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE), and Certified Wireless Network Trainer (CWNT). We developed and manage the Portal www.cwnp.gr.  We organized the first national conference on Wi-Fi networks (www.wifi-satcom.gr).
 
 We specialize in seminars on Real Estate, addressed to estate agents, and also referred to buying and selling. We have already organized training programs with the title “Basic principles of Real Estate buying and selling” and we offer a great number of training programs – seminars in this sector.

One of the Q-Training strategic scopes is to improve customer satisfaction through the provision of innovative high-standard Training Programs developed on the basis of modern companies’ Executives needs. This is the proof of the great number of Training Programs that our company has been implementing in the areas of CRM, Security and protection of personal data and IT Systems, Search Engine Optimization, etc.

METHODOLOGY
Our Company is the official representative of ROI Institute in Greece and Cyprus. The majority of the seminars we organize are based on Phillips ROI methodology, which constitutes the most awarded methodology relating to the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs (seminars) to an international level. The methodology, which we follow, is the main reason for the success of all the seminars we organize. The following five Steps, which form the Systemic Approach to Training (SAT) for Business Executives, constitute the structure of our methodology:

Step 1: Profiling of Trainees. Profiling of Trainees and pre-skills evaluation is elaborated through answering questionnaires and getting in contact with trainers and staff of our Company. In a great number of seminars or courses (more specifically in case of seminars or courses organized for specific companies) and if this is accepted, we carry out an evaluation of the provided services (Mystery Shopping). In this step, a number of other categories of your company’s staff get involved, i.e. managers of trainees etc. This step is completed by the elaboration of a Training Need Analysis Report.
Step 2: The topics of seminars are decided based on the results of the Need Analysis Procedure and there follows the development of their content. A Custom Developed Curriculum is elaborated on the basis of the profiling results, which constitute also the criterion for the selection of training material. Evaluation levels are decided and Data Collection Methods are defined in this step. Finally, Business Impact Measures are decided in collaboration with the Company’s Training Stakeholder.
Step 3: Training material, PCs, Projectors, notes, and training aids are determined in this step. Additionally, Case Studies are prepared and books that will be used during the training program are selected.
Step 4: Implementation of lessons in class and on-the-job. The total of new techniques of training adults is applied in this step including Audience Response Systems, Ice Breakers, etc. Trainees are trained in a pleasant atmosphere, which motivates sense of humor and lessons are based on a human-oriented approach.
Step 5: This is maybe the most important step for the success of a seminar. We follow the following evaluation levels:
Reaction - Happiness Evaluation: Trainers, training material, classes, etc. are evaluated.

Learning Evaluation: We ensure that the knowledge presented during the seminar was understood and participants are able to use it in their jobs in future. Individual and common Action Plans are determined here.
 
Implementation Evaluation: Techniques and tools, through which the application of knowledge in real context is controlled, are activated in this step. This is the most important part of the procedure because this is the first moment after training, at which we can notice the effects of new knowledge or spot the factors that prevent trainees from applying what they have learned.

Business Impact Evaluation: Changes carried out following the implementation of the training program are mentioned in this step. In case that several metrics have changed, we apply processes that are required to isolate the effect resulting from the training program (seminar) and not to other factors.
 
Return on Investment (ROI) Evaluation: In this step it is estimated the amount of money returned to the company compared with the cost of the program as a result of training. A company should have first developed HR Metrics in order to reach this evaluation level.

 
As far as procedure is concerned, the methodology we follow includes the following steps:
 
 Meeting between the Training consultant of our Company, the Trainer and the Representative of your Company for the training program with the aim to understand business needs that the program should satisfy.
 
 Definition and recording of Post Training success Metrics.
 
 Analysis of the needs of participants as follows:
Usage of tools like Herrmann Brain Dominance instrument and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict MODE Instrument . 
Usage of individual (Web Based) questionnaires, which are answered in an electronic form both by candidate participants and by the Company’s Training Manager.
Interviews
Skills Test 
 
 Study of the need analysis results and elaboration of the reports that are sent to the Responsible for the Training Program. Determination of the final number of participants, definition of material.
 
 Development of Training Project Plan. This is a Training Project Plan, which is elaborated in Microsoft Project and is used during all the following steps until the completion of the training program.
 
 Implementation of the training program on the basis of international standards, with experienced trainers, new audio-visual means and carefully selected classes. All participants are given a notebook, a pen, a name tag, notes, and the book, which is sold in commerce. Additionally, once with the commencement of the training program participants are offered the Q-Training chocolate, which is produced right two days before the commencement of the seminar or the delicious Q-Training candy.
  
Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance once with the end of the training program.
During all seminars, an executive of our Company takes photos during classes (photos in memory of the program).
Full reporting relating to the training program results including a report with the evaluation forms asked by the participants and a report edited by the Trainers relating to the participants. Apart from reporting we provide companies with a complete file for the companies’ archive including the following:
Copies of the need analysis results.
A copy of the training material (Notes & Book) given to the participants.
A photograph.
Original evaluation forms.
Report edited by the Trainer concerning performance of participants and their future training needs.
