The current trend in outsourcing IT services has changed the management context for providing the business with the IT services it needs, against best prices and conditions. Operational control is transferred into management of commercial relationships, contracts and coordination of the services from specialized suppliers.

Best practice shows that implementing and operating a Sourcing Governance Function will require staff awareness and understanding of the key principles and concepts of outsourcing and sourcing governance. For the customer-supplier relationship to be really successful such an awareness and understanding is needed both in the business organization and in the organization of the service provider(s).

The Sourcing Governance Foundation course is designed to provide basic knowledge of what the main concepts of Outsourcing and Sourcing Governance are and how they can be applied. 

Day 1: Introduction to Outsourcing and Governance, Sourcing Strategy, Scoping the outsourcing opportunity, Selection of providers and Due Diligence, Contracting the services.

Day 2: Transition, Sourcing Governance Framework, Implementing a Demand Supply Organization, Sample exam and feedback session.

Για τα σεμινάρια που διοργανώνονται πρωϊνές ώρες (09.00-17.00) προσφέρονται 2 Coffee Break με χυμό και βουτήματα (ένα κατά την άφιξή σας και ένα μετά το γεύμα) ενώ το μεσημέρι προσφέρεται καθιστό γεύμα με αναψυκτικό. Για τα σεμινάρια που διοργανώνονται απογευματινές ώρες (17.30-21.30 μμ) προσφέρονται Coffee Break, χυμός και βουτήματα καθόλη την διάρκεια του σεμιναρίου.
